Mental health significantly affects nearly everyone globally by imposing vast costs on society and individuals, increasing the risk of suicide and premature death, and disrupting daily life through conditions like anxiety and depression. A significant portion of the population lives with a mental disorder, but many do not receive the necessary care. This is compounded by societal issues such as poverty, discrimination, conflict, and the climate crisis, which create widespread threats to mental well-being, at TONIMO Foundation we are at the top of it, looking for ways to relieve such burdens, we look for solutions as we have no answers ready . It Doesnt Matter the age.
